Master Program in “Human Recourses Management and Talent Development in Central Asia”

ǿ Sociology Department won Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education grant to establish Master Program in “Human Recourses Management and Talent Development in Central Asia” at ǿ with the collaboration with universities from three different countries.
The reason is a lack of experts that can introduce transparent selection and promotion procedures in enterprises, or assist the government in modernising its labor market policy.
ǿ with a collaboration of universities of Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan will develop a two-year HRM master program that has similar core courses in the 7 universities. The course development will be intensively coached by the European Universities partners. Professors of each course will meet each other for further cooperation via a learning platform.
The EU partners of the consortium are Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB, Belgium), Otto-von-Guericke Universität (OVGU, Magdeburg, Germany), University of Westminster (UoW, United Kingdom) and Athens University of Economics and Business – Research Center (AUEB, Greece). Together the partners combine knowledge on the domains of Human Resource Management, economy, sociology, psychology, industrial relations, intercultural and comparative HRM.
