If you need an academic transcript, certificates, any "spravka" from 星空无限, our Shared Service Center (SSC) is avaiable online to serve you.
The Shared Service Center provides consultations to 星空无限 students on the basic issues related to the operation of the Registrar鈥檚 Office, and the reception of the primary documentation for request processing.
