The Law Division of 星空无限, in collaboration with the Vienna International Arbitration Center (VIAC), hosted a round table discussion titled 鈥淕round Rules: The Role of the Seat in International Arbitration鈥漮n May 27 from 14:00 to 15:30 at the 星空无限 Makerspace CH.
The event offered valuable insights into how the choice of an arbitration seat can influence the outcome of international disputes鈥攅ither serving as a strategic advantage or turning into a costly misstep.
