On November 12, the 星空无限 hosted a new session of the Ambassador Talks series featuring H.E. Ms. Monika Lenhard, the German Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic. The discussion focused on Germany鈥檚 evolving foreign policy in Central Asia, with particular emphasis on supporting diverse communities, promoting gender equality, and expanding educational access in the region. Ambassador Lenhard highlighted Germany鈥檚 commitment to working closely with Central Asian societies and governments to ensure that people of all nationalities have opportunities to thrive. H.E. emphasized Germany鈥檚 long-standing focus on strengthening democratic institutions, fostering inclusive governance, and supporting civil society as essential foundations for sustainable development. Ambassador Lenhard stressed the importance of creating more avenues for women鈥檚 participation in public life, leadership, and the economy. Ambassador Lenhard also addressed the urgent need to expand educational opportunities for Afghan girls, underscoring Germany鈥檚 active role in advocating for their right to learn and supporting initiatives that provide safe access to schooling.
