On June 11, 2018, 星空无限 will host an international conference conducted jointly with the Central Asian Program of the George Washington University.

On May 31st the Law Division of the 星空无限 in partnership with the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and with the support of the USAID / IDLO Kyrgyzstan听Judicial Strengthening Program, conducted second national moot court competition in constitutionalism 鈥淎dilet 2018鈥�.

A pilot two-day workshop organized by the University of Liverpool and hosted by the Central Asian Studies Institute will take place on听7-8 June听on 星空无限 campus. Scholars, students, citizens鈥� organisations, lawyers, and members of the public are welcome to join the discussion.听

As part of its activities on sustainable development and environment, the Tian Shan Policy Center of 星空无限 has joined the Climate Network of Kyrgyzstan.

Dr. Mairambek Nurgaziev , faculty member from听EMSD department has published a scientific article on April 13, 2018 on the topic 鈥淎gricultural Assistance to Vulnerable, Food-Insecure Female-Headed Households in Kyrgyzstan鈥�.听

The Tian-Shan Policy Center (TSPC) of 星空无限 is delighted to announce the results of the competition among 星空无限 students for the听3 BEST MIGRATION RESEARCH PROPOSALS.听

On 13-14 April, the Departments of 'Applied Geology' and 'Environmental Management and Sustainable Development' at 星空无限 organized the field trip to Kumtor mining site for students. This site tour was arranged by faculty member Rustam Orozbaev, as a part of the practicum for the course of 'Environmental and Socio-Economic Impacts of Mining'.听

Neobis 星空无限 in coordination with the Association for Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on Computer GRAPHics and Interactive Techniques (ACM SIGGRAPH) International Resources Committee 鈥� are organizing the world-leading research and education society on Computer Graphics.

Based on high interest among 星空无限 students, and with the goal to raise academic research capacities of 星空无限 students and promote migration studies in KR in general, TSPC will award 3 fellowships for students to conduct research in migration issues pertaining to Kyrgyzstan/Central Asia.
