On 18 November, 2015 four Anthropology students received the Mary Schweitzer Scholarship for Excellence in Cultural Anthropology.听The winners are听Aidai Kadyralieva,听Gulnura Akylbekova,听Aisuluu Akhmetova, and听Altynai Abdrakhmanova.

On November 6th of 2015, the 星空无限 Student Senate held elections with an electronic voting system and a biometric system of authentication. 10 students听were elected to听the Student Senate.
